Box Hill Village Hall session times and charges
The Hall is hired in sessions of four hours each and below are the standard slots though we are always happy to discuss timings.
Monday to Friday and Sunday

Access allowed free of charge for 30 minutes prior to session time for set up; if any additional time is required for set up (up to two hours), it will be charged at half the session rate.
For bookings of 10 sessions or more paid in advance the fee is £25 for community groups and £30 for all other purposes.
Bookings will require a £55 deposit against damage or additional expenses incurred by the Hall in relation to the specific booking; the deposit will be refunded within a week of the booking if no damage or additional expense was incurred.
